At Vision Homes we are proud of our reputation as a building company who offer a full Design and Build service. Deane Hastings the owner of Vision Homes has always had a special interest in design and creating homes that suit you the home owner.

The first step in the design process is to put together a concept plan for your home that translates your vision into something you can see on paper.

The process of creating a concept plan requires considerable thought and involvement from both you and Vision Homes.

1. Deane Hastings the owner of Vision Homes will meet you onsite and talk through how to position your house for maximum sun and privacy and to account for the prevailing weather conditions (value $150).
2. Deane Hastings will meet with you to discuss in detail your requirements for your new home. This process will include understanding the size of house you desire, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, garaging and office space. Your approximate budget and the style of home and finish are also important elements to work through. Deane will also talk with you about the type of lifestyle you desire and what stage of life you and your family are at. All these elements are vital for your builder to understand so they can assist you to design a home that suits you (value $300).
3. Vision Homes then create a 3-dimensional concept drawing using their computer aided design (CAD) software. We take great care through the concept plan stage and spend a great deal of time and effort to give you a drawing that allows you to see how your vision will look in reality (value $890).
4. Deane Hastings will then review the concept drawing with you and clarify any changes and adjustments you wish to make (value $150).
